		<description>It depends on what I&#039;m doing. When I was in my endurance training (riding and running) I would take a few days off or just take it easier on my work days.  

When I&#039;m lifting I can usually work through it.  If however I am taking drugs I need to take time off (I found out).  I read somewhere, or maybe it&#039;s just a legend, that working out actually helps to push it out of the system quicker.  True or not I do not know.</description>
