It depends on what your goals are, and not to mention &quot;what running day is it for you?&quot; Is it your easy run day, race pace day, or distance day, or even interval day.  It all depends. But if your trying to focus on bettering your race times, you will probably always want to do a light lifting first, then run. If you go right into running after lifting its such a shock.  All your blood is still in your upper body from your pump. But after about 10 minutes of running you feel the transfer of blood back to your legs, and it actually gets easier as you go.</description>
