Yeah, I am not overly worried about missing one day. It's just which day do I want to miss that I am wondering on. My initial thought is to do the back and shoulders workout on Wednesday, since I can at least get a run in on Friday. Thanks for the input.

On the weights stuff, missing one day is not gonig to hurt you at all. Just skip it and continue on. If you really want to do some kind of weight movement see if you can find some implements on your run that you could do pull-ups or chin-ups or do some push ups. Stuff like that, but honestly I'd just leave the weights behind and come back to them on the next day. As for me I am not traveling and the gym is open on Thursday so I will be at the gym getting my workout in! :)
