I don&#039;t know if this is the case out in Washington, but I was going on the (possibly false) assumption that it was similar to out here where they don&#039;t actually serve the alcohol there but allow you to carry it outside with you.  It has to be somehow seperated from the public, as on a deck or behind a roped off area or in a courtyard.  Alcoholic beverages generally can not be brought outside an establishment except under those circumstances.

If smoking did get banned in their hut, though, that &lt;em&gt;would&lt;/em&gt; be funny...</description>
