In Montgomery's case he was identified by Victor Conte (in the IRS criminal investigation division report) as one of two track and field athletes receiving both 'the Cream' and 'the clear'** from Balco and being advised on how to use them. for what its worth montgomery was also seen entering balco premises and shortly after walking out with his trouser leg rolled up by one of the special agents. plus the statements from White its a pretty good case against him. theres probably more that i missed at the time...
