About 10% to 20% are current posts depending on the day. Right now there aren't any ads for today and yesterday, and then as they have been for all the older posts. I will probably put more ads on the ones more than a month old, unless somebody clicks through from somewhere else on the site and then it will be as it is now. It seems to be a happy medium.

I'm not sure that your regular readers find the ads all that annoying as they are - I certainly don't. I suspect a lot of people just ignore them when they read current posts.

Is most of your traffic from people reading current posts, or older ones?

Well, I can not really go in any direction but up, since I do not make anything currently anyway. The main reason for doing it this way is to keep from annoying the people reading recent content.
