How To: Crooked Arm Lateral Raise
How to perform crooked arm lateral raises using dumbbells with an animated image showing the move. Click on the picture to see the full sized animation.
- Grasp two dumbbells in front of your thighs with your palms facing one another.
- Flex your knees slightly and lean forward a little at the hips.
- Your elbows will need to be at or near a 90� angle.
- Raise your upper arms until they are at shoulder height. Your elbows remain in a 90� angle. Your wrists should remain level with your elbows.
- Pause, then slowly lower the weights to your starting position.
