		<description>Yeah, shoes can be a problem.  I&#039;ll probably put some advice on proper seat choice and adjustment next spring when people will be riding again on a regular basis.

Another issue other than not having your seat correctly adjusted might just be that your feet are swelling as you work out.  I&#039;ve never noticed it when riding a bike, since I use velcro shoes with my clipless pedals, but when I run my feet swell.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve never had this problem with a watch, but always had it with my road bike shoes...I&#039;d get about 5-10 miles into a ride and I&#039;d have to losen my shoes as my feet were getting numb.  I also think that had to do with seat position as well.</description>
