Book review: New Rules of Lifting (Strength News)
Chris over at Strength News has a book review up of The New Rules of Lifting
. He gives a brief description of the book and comes to this conclusion:
For the more advanced lifters that frequent this blog I wouldn’t bother picking up the book, but if you’ve got the money you may pick up a few things by reading through it. If you are new to fairly new to lifting, and looking for a book that will get you pointed in the right direction this one will do it.

I will be reviewing this book myself in the coming weeks; I am waiting for my copy to arrive. And then of course I have to read it.
