New weight program for the missus (Part II)

For some of the same reasons that I’ve been a bit missing over the past week or so, we did not get the second workout in for missus until last night. Here is what she did after warming up with some yoga:

  1. Standing upright rows
  2. Bent over row
  3. Dumbbell shrugs
  4. Swiss ball weight plate shoulder press
  5. Dumbbell side laterals
  6. Dumbbell leans
  7. Bridge
  8. Swiss ball leg raises
  9. Bicycle kicks

The bridge on a swiss ball was not working out so well, so we stuck to a regular bridge until she gets used to the exercise. The swiss ball leg raises were a lot tougher for her than they are for me, since when I do them at the gym I use a much smaller swiss ball than the one I have at home.
