The important thing to remember is to (a) follow local laws, then (b) run facing traffic, and then (c) run on the side you are predictably expected to be on based on local customs.  Here in the US, that&#039;s on the right when you are not on a road.</description>

Where I am now, people usually walk on the right (we drive on the left), and run on the left.</description>
