As far as I am aware, the only time he has used a banned substance was when he was going through chemotherapy and was not competing.

Blaine, minor point, but I think you mean “rejects” rather than “refutes”, since he presents no compelling proof that Armstrong used drugs.

It does seem clear that Armstrong must be on some sort of testosterone replacement therapy. I wonder how that impacts things.
