Currently I believe that he is innocent. I'm still of the thought that your innocent until proven guilty. Per the rise in T (testosterone) levels, just about anything can cause that. Lifting weights causes increased levels in T. Or perhaps the beer that he drank after he ripped that stage apart. and oh yeah...Discovery signed Levi Lephienhemer(sp) rather than Landis...I believe...still Ullrich rumors around however.
