		<description>Yeah, anything that makes you go more than you take in certainly is not going to help your performance.  A little works well for some people, but a lot does not work well for all people.  I avoid caffeine like the plague; a little coffee at any time is too much for me.</description>

You always sort of wonder how drinking liquid could be a diuretic, but it&#039;s the period you go without drinking anything new after all of that.  Your net liquid intake is negative.</description>
