This Week Last Year: EPO in skiing, Quadriplegics and Alzheimers

This week last year centered around high school and college athletics and athletes, with me once again pounding a pulpit to express my opinion. Some of the more notable articles are:
- Bode Miller made a characteristically stupid comment about how EPO should be allowed in competitive skiing.
- I expressed my opinion about how alcohol can be part of a healthy diet as long as it is not abused.
- Another big draw for traffic to this website dealt with another high school athlete that was missing limbs. This time, it was about a wrestler with no arms or legs named Kyle Maynard.
- I found an article that showed a link between concussions and alzheimers, specifically as it related to professional football players.
