		<description>Blaine, that is correct.  Most people don&#039;t start eating right enough days before a run.  The residual effect from improper diet will catch up real fast on a run.

Cory, I&#039;ve never understood people who will blurt out such negativity before investigation.  Xtreme X2O is not a scam.  It is a product sold only online.  You should check things out before you make such a statement.

That being said, I am sure that some people do not eat particularly well, and could definately benefit from something along those lines.
