		<description>I&#039;ve been training for a marathon that is next week.  Eating, resting everything perfect until yesterday when we over indulged with friends visiting.  I have one week to rehydrate, but concerned drinking to much 7days prior to a hot marathon is going to hurt me?  Can I recoop in a week?  Drinking smoothies, as much water as possible and not forgetting my vitamins. Feeling terrible today, plus the compounded stress that my body won&#039;t recover in time to race.  Heather</description>

Cory, I&#039;ve never understood people who will blurt out such negativity before investigation.  Xtreme X2O is not a scam.  It is a product sold only online.  You should check things out before you make such a statement.
