		<description>Wes, that&#039;s a great point.  It can take a lot of experience to be able to reliably tell the difference.  I think that an occasional failure is fine, but if you quit too often then you may be quitting too early or you may be working harder than you are ready for.  Getting the advice of a coach or somebody experienced in your sport is the best way to figure out which is which until you are able to figure it out on your own.</description>

		<description>In the Chi Running book, they call that body sensing.  Listening to your body and acting on it.  That&#039;s all really good stuff, although sometimes it may be a little hard to tell the difference between soreness/tightness and actual injury related pain.</description>
