In a collaborative effort with Scott over at Straight to the Bar, we will be writing about exercise equipment throughout the month of January.
Scott starts the year off with an excellent glossary of weight lifting and strength training equipment. He describes things such as dumbbells, kettle balls, squat suits, racks, bands, chalk, power racks, and other items you might find at a gym.
