Being without legs does not make you disable. They say that every obstacle is an opportunity for something better. I am working for the Department of Transport and Public Works, and particular for Masakh' Isizwe, a goverment initiative led by Minister Marius Fransman to focus on scarce skills in our country, by providing financial assistance to needy and deserving students in our country. One of our focuses is the disable person. We would like to invite Oscar to our end of year function with our students who are on our bursary scheme. How do we contact him?
