I have yet to try out those Swiss ball exercises since I lost the plug to the ball (it's deflated now :( ), but it beats doing ab exercises on the floor. I've seen the Bosu balls at the gym, and wasn't really sure how they were used, so if you could give me some tips I'd appreciate it! I need to work on my balance... I'm going to link this on my blog!
