		<description>Thanks, Blaine!  You rock, Dude!  The key thing, in my mind, is the recovery aspect.  I did trade the 16 miler for a long Sprint triathlon.  Frankly, my body needs time to recover.  I think the consensus is skip the 16 miler, and maybe go for a slightly longer run than the 6 I have on schedule Sunday.

I came by here a couple a days ago to research your opinion on insoles, and you were very helpful again.  My feet are somewhat stressed from the 14 miler and the tri, and I am concerned that the insoles (they are not gel) may be contributing to the problem.  I&#039;m going to do my run Sunday without them and see how my feet feel.
