		<description>I would tend to disagree with the thought that you should structure your off season. Part of the reason to take an off season is to get away from the structure as well as the physical toll that training takes.
As far as kids training it is even more important to have them understand the importance of recovery and relaxation. Nothing more disappointing than seeing a good middle or high school athlete become burnt out because it was important to cross train in the off season. Remember that these are supposed to be games and recreation!</description>
