		<description>Wes, yes, that was a personal best.  My slowest goal was a PR, so I would not have settled for anything slower than that.  I have other details about the race to share, but I will be putting that in the post race round up that I&#039;ll be publishing tonight or tomorrow morning.

Nick, yeah, I had no doubts that it was mismarked.  I am pretty sure that I ran the first two miles pretty consistently; I may have sped up a small amount towards the end of the first or beginning of the second but I rarely need a watch to know when the mile markers are coming.  When I was running with Ryan I would tell him we should be hitting a mile marker soon, we would glance up, and it would be about 30 or 40 feet away.</description>
