		<description>Well, if you see me then say hi.  I will be there for the race, but I won&#039;t be running.  I&#039;ll be helping out at the finish line or on the course or whatever it is that they need an extra set of hands for on day of race.

After the nightmare at work this week (our web host nuked our dedicated server without a backup and I had to rebuild it from scratch) my boss didn&#039;t have any qualms about giving me half the day off on Monday.</description>

		<description>Really excited to see this race maintain it&#039;s annual streak!  The Bangor Labor Day Road Race holds the second spot at 45 years (or 46 because in 1962 it was held on Memorial Day), Third spot is the Johnson&#039;s True Value International 5 Miler in Calais which may be ending because of the new requirements to go into Canada.  (The international race begins and ends in Calais, but runs through two international border crossings (Calais and Milltown).

I plan on being in Portland on Monday!
