I saw it at Maine Running Company the other day when I was in there. You can also buy it directly from the publisher. For whatever reason, Amazon isn't shipping it until the end of the month. But that is okay; I've already waited 10 years for it so a few more weeks won't hurt. (I didn't read the original when it was published, mostly because I was not yet alive, so I first heard of it and read it in 1998.) Actually, it’s for sale already. When I met John this Summer, he was proofing the pages that they sent to him, and on his caring bridge site they talked about it coming in the next issue. My 3 free issues from having run the Marine Corps Marathon only wound up being two issues though, so I didn't get a copy yet. Thanks for the link!
