I just got an iPod Nano and the nike+ kit. I then downloaded this workout mix... AND I SO LOVE IT! I was just getting back into shape, working toward my limit of 3 miles at a constant 5m/m pace. In two running sessions I went from dreadful 1 mile runs to 2.1 miles AND the first time I ran the first high-intensity interval at a 6m/m pace and the second and third at 5.5. The second time I ran the first two high-intensity intervals at a 6m/m pace and the third one at 5.5. And it was fun! And I can&#039;t wait til it&#039;s running day again!

I only did the first 3 high-intensity intervals at each run. Remember, I&#039;m getting back into shape. I can see myself extending my runs way beyond my usual 3 miles! Whoohooo! I love it!</description>
