Cross Country Clinic update…

I’m still busy putting together my notes into something cohesive from the cross country clinic. My goal right now is to finish over the weekend and to publish the notes on Monday morning, so keep an eye out then! It will be well worth reading.
Despite being geared towards high school cross country runners, there are a lot of good lessons for runners at all levels, even if they only run on the roads. It isn’t every day that you get to pick the brains of 3 professional athletes.
