Video » Post-Olympic Marathon Interviews

Flotrack has some great Olympic coverage and athlete interviews. Here are what the 3 Americans had to say about their performances in the Olympic Marathon:

Brian Sell

Brian Sell is first up, with his 22nd place finish in 2:16:07. I especially enjoyed this quote:

The T6 is a great shoe, you just should wear socks if the temperatures are in the 80s or the 70s and you are dumping water on yourself all the time…

Ryan Hall

Next up is Ryan Hall who finished in 10th place with a 2:12:33, which would normally be a good enough time for a medal. He’s looking rather chipper as he walks along the Great Wall barely a day after running his marathon.

Dathan Ritzenhein

Dathan Ritzenhein finished just ahead of Ryan as the first American, in 9th place overall with a time of 2:11:59. He had a great race, especially considering that he stopped at 31k after running 6k with some bad cramping.
