		<description>The problem I found with empty gel packs is the left over residue and stickyness. So I take a ziploc bag with me and stuff the used pacs in it until I come across a trash can. That works quite well.</description>

		<description>Yea, I held onto my gel packet during the half until I found a garbage can.  I&#039;m less worried about the cups, cause they are easier to find.  Some strategically placed garbage cans would go a long way towards keeping the race course clean.</description>
