I offer both group and 1 on 1 coaching, in person and over the internet.

I currently offer group coaching through the Maine Running Company on Thursday nights. You can learn more about the programs available there by contacting the store directly.

If you would like to hire me to coach your group, then leave me a note below and let me know how many people you would like me to coach and what sort of schedule you are looking for and I will let you know if I will be able to accomodate your needs.

I also offer personal, 1 on 1 coaching over the internet. Leave me a note below with what you are looking for and I will get back to you with rates and availability. I can create a custom training schedule for you, I can offer on-going coaching and support, or I can train you for a specific race.
