In a collaborative effort with Scott over at Straight to the Bar, we will be writing about books throughout the month of February.
Scott writes this week about his favorite health and fitness books. His shelf looks a little bit different than mine; the only book on his list that I could turn around and grab right now is Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. There are a couple of other books I have had at one point, and may or may not have on a shelf downstairs. For the most part, though, his collection has quite a few books that are either on my list to look for when I next get to the library or else look interesting enough that I will be adding it to my list.
