Exhaustion Take 2

I thought that I was tired before…I am going on 20 hours here at work, with a fairly fast 5 mile run about 3 hours in. Not only that, but I did not bring enough food with me to work for a normal day let alone my still being here this morning. Oh well, hence there not being an entry for yesterday. And why there probably won’t (really) be one for today.
