I am still trying to catch up on everything, especially my sleep. I seem to have been getting enough every day since my 27 hour work day, but I am still fair on tired and got the aching back thing going. We will see if running tonight will help me sleep and then feel nice and rested tomorrow morning. I decided that doing dead lifts when my back hurts was a bad idea, and went back to bed after eating my first breakfast this morning.
Yesterday was the Women on the Move 5k, which is put on by the Women’s Fitness Studio & Spa. Not quite a quarter of the field were either teammates (present and former) or friends of mine, and I got a lot of good pictures. A large majority of the awards went to women on the Run to Win team, which was great.
