Tomorrow night, Professor Bill Gayton, PhD. will talk about how your goals directly impact your athletic performance at Peak Performance Multisport. He is a sports psychologist from the Psychology Department at the University of Southern Maine.

He will identify the obstacles that are most likely to derail your exercise program and will explain how to develop a strategy to stay on track.

The clinic is on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Peak Performance Multisport is at 317 Marginal Way in Portland, Maine.
