Lance Armstrong will run another New York City Marathon
Lance Armstrong is planning on running the New York City Marathon again. It took him a few months to forget exactly how much that first one hurt, and now he is realizing how worthwhile marathoning really is. He states that he has no interest in running any other marathons; apparently the average weather in New York on marathon day agrees with him. It also gives him the most bang for his cancer-fund-raising buck.
My prediction is that he will run in the low 2:40s for his second one. I predicted that he would run around 3:15 for his first one, so I was obviously wrong there; he ran a shade under 3 hours. We’ll see how well he does in take number 2.

Good for him. I don’t know why he wouldn’t do others, unless he is being superficial… Maybe it is all about the fund raising, which is certainly OK with me
