Traffic Safety Seminar » July 23

The Portland Bicycle Commuters are putting on another seminar next week, this month about Traffic Safety.

This seminar will focus on knowledge and techniques to enable cyclists to ride safely and confidently with car traffic on public roads.

This month’s seminar will be taught by member Jeremy Fink. Jeremy rides every day from Munjoy Hill to Outer Congress Street, about 10 miles total, and has been commuting for about 6 years.

I’ve been to a few of their seminars, and always come away with good information. If you have a Wednesday evening free, then you can meet up with them at the Zero Station Gallery at 222 Anderson Street in Portland, Maine on July 23^rd at 7:00.
