How is this for a workout: First thing in the morning, a workout in the pool consisting of a 15 minute warm up and then 75 laps, 1 lap on each minute for 75 minutes. Then, in the evening, 1 mile repeats on a gravel path full of people.

That is a little tougher than I could handle right now. I realize that professional athletes are paid to get themselves into the sort of shape to do that sort of thing, but my girlfriend sure isn’t. She’s deserved some ice cream for tonight!

Too bad we finished it off last night so that there isn’t any left…oh well, zuchini will have to do in a pinch…
