It didn’t really occur to me yesterday as I was running or in the short amount of time that I had to write about the race between the race cleanup and the Super Bowl, but yesterday’s 10 miler included 4 women who are competing in the Olympic Marathon Trials in April. That’s some pretty neat.

It was very cool to be there. With 4 current Mainers and 2 native Mainers racing, our state was pretty well represented. With 2 of them being teammates of mine, how could I skip it? It was a lot of fun. Hopefully in the near future things will slow down to the point where I can write down my experiences before they all slip out of my head!
